Signature Masonry Finish Systems
The Better Way to Change Your Brick.
Real mineral stain that absorbs permanently into brick, stone, and concrete. No peeling, no maintenance, no regrets.
Why brick and masonry is different
Your brick needs to breathe.
Most exterior coatings sit on the surface and eventually trap moisture behind them. Mineral stains work differently. They’re designed to let masonry allow moisture to escape freely.
Sits on top
Film-forming coatings can trap moisture behind the surface. As moisture tries to escape, peeling, blistering, and cracking become the failure points homeowners notice.
Absorbs into masonry
Mineral stain penetrates absorbent brick and becomes part of the surface. The texture remains visible, the finish stays matte, and moisture can freely escape.
Who we are
Staining is our craft.
Brick. Stone. Concrete. These are the surfaces we know in and out. Because of this, we’re able to offer you a wide range of different solutions depending on the aesthetic you’re trying to achieve. From a Classic Solid Finish to a European Limewash Finish, we help bring your dream home into reality.
Every system we use is chosen with the surface in mind: its porosity, breathability, texture, and aesthetic. This ensures you’re also getting a transformation that’s not only beautiful, but durable and long-lasting, with little to no maintenance.

Frequently asked questions
Answers about mineral staining.
How much does it cost to stain?
Here’s an average range if you’re staining a residential home:
Bungalows (800-1200 sq ft): $5,000–$8,000+
Two-storey homes (1500-2500 sq ft): $7,500–$15,000+
Larger two- or three-storey homes (2500-3500+ sq ft): $12,000–$20,000+
The factors that determine the price would be colour, the type of stain, and the texture of your brick.
For commercial projects, the price ranges from $3 to $6 per sq ft.
Is brick staining a permanent solution, or will it fade over time?
Brick stain is designed to be long-lasting, often 30+ years. Unlike paint, it won’t peel or flake, and quality stains are UV-resistant, so fading is minimal with proper application.
What if I don’t like the colour?
That’s why we sample different stains and colours directly on your brick before starting the job. This helps ensure you’re happy with the final look.
Whenever you’d like to change the colour, you can always restain it without an issue.
Can I stain my brick if it’s already painted or sealed?
Staining works on bare, unsealed brick, concrete or stone. If your brick is painted or sealed, the surface must be stripped or professionally assessed first. We do also have alternatives to stain that can work on those surfaces.
Are your stains breathable? Is it safe for my brick?
Yes, all our stains are breathable, meaning they freely allow moisture to escape. This means it won’t damage your brick, and won’t peel or flake. They are also non-toxic and low-VOC.
Do you also repair the brick?
We can fix small fractures in the mortar, but any structural work will need to be done by a mason. We can let you know during the Online Estimate if this is something we can help you with.
